Purpose of JOC- Preservation Portal

JOC- Preservation Portal is a secure internal web application operated by Jersey Ocean Construction. It is used by authorized employees and contractors to run property preservation and construction operations.

The purpose of this application is to:

• Create, update, and track work orders and job details
• Store and manage photos, documents, schedules, and assignments
• Support invoices, accounting workflows, and internal communications
• Optionally sync company Gmail messages and attachments into work orders when an administrator connects Gmail through Google OAuth

JOC- Preservation Portal is a business operations tool for company staff. It is not a consumer social product and is not offered for public signup.

Who can use JOC- Preservation Portal

Access is limited to Jersey Ocean Construction personnel and approved partners who receive login credentials from the company. Staff sign in through the login page.

Google / Gmail integration

Authorized administrators may connect a company Gmail mailbox so JOC- Preservation Portal can:

• Read and sync business emails related to work orders and clients
• Import attachments (such as photos or PDFs) into an order record
• Send or manage mail from that mailbox when staff use email features

Access is requested only through Google's OAuth consent screen with the scopes required for those features (read, modify, and send). Gmail data is not sold and is not used for advertising. Tokens can be revoked by disconnecting Gmail in the Portal or in Google Account settings.
