We may collect personal identification information from users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when users visit our site, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features, or resources we make available on our site.

2. Use of Information

We may collect and use users' personal information for the following purposes:

  • To personalize user experience
  • To send periodic emails
  • To process transactions

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage, and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of users' personal information, username, password, transaction information, and data stored on our site.

4. Google / Gmail access (Portal)

Authorized administrators may connect a company Gmail account to the Jersey Ocean Construction Portal using Google OAuth. When connected, the Portal may access Gmail data only as needed to:

  • Sync business email messages related to work and clients
  • Import email attachments into work-order records
  • Send or manage mail from that mailbox when staff use Portal email tools

We request only the Google scopes required for these features. Gmail content is not sold and is not used for advertising. Access tokens are stored on company systems and may be revoked by disconnecting Gmail in the Portal or by removing access in Google Account security settings.
